JOB DESCRIPTION
The Image Ambassador is responsible to ensure that ensuring a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times. Must be pleasant in a manner to enhance the Customer Service standards of Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Exceptional presentation and communications skills are required.
MAIN JOB ROLE
- Act as a Courtesy Girl and assist in Events – Meet and Greet VIP / guests
- When there are no events, they will need to station in different entrances, to meet and greet with the customers
- Assist in Gaming promotions / events

The Guest Relations (GR) is responsible for delivering the finest quality of guest experience combining the performing tasks of Front Desk and Concierge Attendant.
This position is instrumental in creating an environment that executes quick, efficient service and above all, ‘WOW’ service that delights our guests.
The GR is responsible in welcoming and meeting all guests at all the relevant touch points and upon their arrival, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met and strive to provide an experience to ensure guest satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
The GR must continually seek opportunities to create memories by accommodating, anticipating the needs of guests and executing all requests in a timely fashion, exceeding expectations and building relationships with all VIP guests up and after departure.
